Vegamour is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! Please buy with confidence anytime you buy from our site. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your purchase within 90 days of the Ship date. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. All U.S returns have a handling fee of 5.00 per order. Please note, the shipping fees on your original order are non-refundable. Exchanges are free!
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund Refunds can only be processed to the original type of payment. If your original method of payment is no longer available, you can get store credit. We do not accept returns after 90 days from the ship date. If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, we require that you contact us within five days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Once you have placed an order, we are unable to cancel or make edits.
International Orders

How do I find my order number?
Your order number is on the confirmation email. Our order numbers are 6-7 digits long and contain only numbers. If you are unable to find your number, please contact us.
