I was disappointed to find after ordering, that this product isn't vegan or cruelty free, as some of the other products are advertised to be. I've returned it unused and am waiting for my refund. I do like the other products I've gotten. Love the smell of the shampoo and conditioners.

The Biotin gummies are delicious and in a new pretty glass jar. I like keeping them in the fridge. My first time trying the lash & brow serums. They go on clear and can be cleansed away in the morning 💦 The packaging is beautiful.

The gummies taste good and seem to be loaded with a nice combination of good-for-you vitamins and minerals. (These are the first Biotin-based gummies I tried, so I took it for granted that they would taste good, but then I tried some others and they were AWFUL so the fact that these are pleasant to consume is a nice thing!) I did notice that my hair loss seemed to slow after using the gummies for two months. The brow serum is pretty good; it does seem to stimulate brow hair growth. The eyelash serum is OK, but for the price, it provides about the same subtle results as other less-expensive serums I've tried.
